Connie Dohn

• A CPA with over 20 years experience with both public and private entities, including financial consulting for small-to-medium sized businesses
• 15 year CFO track record of accountable financial management and sustainable growth
• History of active involvement in local economic, community, and charitable activities

Doug Dohn

• Over 30 years experience in local construction management and business development
• Longstanding commitment to healthy growth in northern Colorado, including construction of LEED® Certified environmentally responsible buildings
• Proven leadership experience and enthusiasm for sustainable growth in the region

Jamison Gulden

• Founder and/or cofounder of several software and internet companies that used Angel funding, VC funding, and bootstrapping
• Focus on product definition and business strategy as a means of obtaining funding
• Board member of several companies past and present including ISPs, software companies, and consumer products

Mike McCurdie

• Over 15 years of experience in high tech manufacturing, product marketing and management
• 10 years of experience growing a service business from a single-office regional operation into a multi-state company
• Active in local small business start-up and growth initiatives

Kevin Simmons

• Founded and lead a global engineering software and consulting firm for a decade of rapid growth including being named as one of Colorado's 50 fastest growing technology companies for 6 years in a row.
• Founded or acquired, and then lead, a dozen other businesses targeting rapid growth in a broad array of fields including manufacturing, services, construction and real-estate.
• Extensive hands-on experience in making foreign partnerships work and the operations side of the "business of business" for rapidly growing ventures

Robin Steele

• Over 20 years of business and leadership experience in both Fortune 500 Companies as well as incubating and growing small companies
